By creating an account, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. User Types

• Transporters – Seeking freight or Pilot Cars
• Shippers – Looking to hire Transporters
• Car Pilots – Connecting with both Shippers and Transporters

Each user is responsible for ensuring their profiles are complete, accurate, and include all necessary legal documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to misrepresent yourself or your services.

4. Profile Unlocks & Payments

• Users may unlock Transporter or Pilot Car profiles for $5 per profile.
• Unlocks grant access for 5 days.
• We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely via a third-party link sent to your email.

5. Messaging

Our in-app messaging system must be used respectfully. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate content may lead to suspension or banning.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the actions of users you interact with on the platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the latest version.
